I try to have some of these delicious, quick and easy garlic turmeric marinated chicken breasts in my freezer at all times. They are perfect to put into the refrigerator in the morning when I know I am going to have a long day and want to have an easy but healthy dinner when I get home. The turmeric not only gives the chicken breasts a nice color but also has many health benefits including being an antioxidant and having anti-inflammatory properties. Combining black pepper and olive oil with the turmeric helps to maximize the absorption of the turmeric and its benefits.
Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Few grinds everyday seasoning
Few grinds black pepper
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon juiced
